We pack orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Delivery is then 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.

Yes. It’s emailed to you the day the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of the shipping notice, check your spam folder, then contact us.

If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can’t recall it, but you can return it under the 30-day policy.

Give it 24 hours; carriers sometimes scan early. Check with neighbours and your building’s mail room. If it still hasn’t turned up, email us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier and sort it out.

30 days from the day you receive the order. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are on the return policy page.

If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we do, and we’ll email you a prepaid label. If you changed your mind, the return postage is on you.

We refund within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or PayPal then typically takes 5–10 business days to show it.

Each wrist rest lists its exact length in the specifications. Measure your keyboard’s width and compare. The compact foam rest (12.4 in) suits 60% and 65% boards; the full-size foam rest (17.3 in) suits tenkeyless and full-size boards; the walnut rest (12.6 in) suits 60%, 65% and most 75% boards.

Yes. Optical and laser mice both track fine on the pressed felt. If you play competitive games and need very low friction, a dedicated cloth gaming pad will be faster.

Lint roller for fibres. For spills, blot with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it dry flat. Don’t put it in the washing machine.

Yes, solid North American black walnut, not veneer or stained softwood. Grain and colour vary from piece to piece.

Up to 44 lb (20 kg) spread across the top. That covers any normal monitor up to 34 inches, or a laptop plus a monitor arm base.

Everything is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. Normal wear (worn felt where the mouse sits, marks on wood) isn’t a defect. Email us with photos and we’ll replace or refund.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Stripe, plus PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices.

Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal over an encrypted connection. They never touch our servers and we can’t see them.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to see past orders.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where we’re required to collect it.
