Refund and return policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. We’d rather you were happy with what you bought than stuck with something that doesn’t suit your desk.

What can be returned

• Items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered (these can be returned even if the packaging has been opened).

What can’t be returned

• Items showing use, such as a desk mat with mouse wear, a wrist rest with marks, or wood with scratches.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
• Items returned without contacting us first (we need to match the parcel to your order).

How to start a return

1. Email support@mkeypro.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Add photos if something is damaged or wrong.
2. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address. For damaged or incorrect items we include a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back within 14 days of receiving the authorization.

Changed your mind	You pay return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We recommend using a tracked service for change-of-mind returns. We can’t refund parcels that don’t reach us.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and has been checked (usually within 3 business days), we issue the refund to the original payment method. Card refunds through Stripe typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank; PayPal refunds usually appear within a few days. We’ll email you when the refund is sent.

Exchanges

We don’t run a formal exchange process. If you need a different size, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. If the item was our mistake, tell us and we’ll ship the correct one straight away.

Warranty

All products are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery, separate from the 30-day return window. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered. Email us with photos and your order number and we’ll replace the item or refund it.
