Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, Washington DC, and to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no additional handling fees.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Mountain Time on a Friday are processed the following Monday.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses may take up to 10 business days. These are estimates from the carriers, not guarantees; weather and carrier delays can add time and are outside our control.

Carriers and tracking

We use USPS and UPS depending on the size of the parcel and your address. A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is picked up. You can also see it under your order in your account, if you created one.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in that case.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email support@mkeypro.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. You don’t need to wait for the carrier’s claim to be resolved.

Order changes

We can change or cancel an order until it has been handed to the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. After it ships, the 30-day return policy applies.
