These terms apply to purchases made on mkeypro.com, operated by MKEYPRO ONLINE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“MKeyPro”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. They’re written to be readable rather than to hide anything.

Placing an order

When you complete checkout we send an order confirmation email. That email is our acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there’s a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Shipping is charged as described in the shipping policy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place the order.

If we discover a clear pricing error on an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm whether you still want it at the correct price.

Product descriptions

We work hard to describe products accurately, including exact dimensions and materials. Natural materials such as walnut and felt vary from piece to piece; the photos show representative examples. Colours may look different on different screens.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Our refund and return policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days, unused, original packaging, and we cover the return cost if the fault is ours.

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, modification or accidental damage.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Site content

The text, photos and design of this site belong to MKEYPRO ONLINE LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Product names are used descriptively.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, don’t try to interfere with how it works, and don’t place orders you don’t intend to pay for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page at the time you place an order.
