Privacy policy

This policy explains what information MKEYPRO ONLINE LLC (“MKeyPro”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use mkeypro.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We’ve tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email support@mkeypro.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• When you order: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you bought.
• When you create an account: name, email address and a password (stored hashed; we can’t read it).
• When you contact us: whatever you include in the message, plus your email address.
• When you subscribe to emails: your email address.

We do not collect or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, and your card details go directly to them.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and how you arrived at the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see the cookies section below).

How we use it

• To process and ship your order, send order confirmations and tracking, and handle returns.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations such as tax records.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To send marketing emails, only if you’ve opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and run advertising on Google and Microsoft platforms.

Who we share it with

We share information only with services we need to run the store:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

• Essential cookies for the cart, checkout and login. The site won’t work without them.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to see which pages are used and how.
• Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) to measure whether ads led to purchases and to show relevant ads on other sites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google’s ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and Microsoft’s at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept until you delete your account or ask us to. Support emails are kept for 2 years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that’s wrong.
• Delete your information, where we’re not legally required to keep it.
• Stop sending you marketing emails.

Email support@mkeypro.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you’re a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information we’ve collected and the right to request deletion. We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of on that front. Requests can be made by email or by phone at +1 (307) 527-0409. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Security

The site uses HTTPS everywhere. Payment details are handled by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant. We limit who at MKeyPro can see order information to the people who need it to ship your order and answer your questions.

Children

The site is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email account holders.
